Hi, I'm Nick.
I make websites do their job.
Web Guy Nick LLC is a one-person shop in Rialto, California. I build small-business sites that load fast, rank well, and — the part that matters — actually bring in work. No agency markup, no offshore sub-contractor surprises, no quarterly "strategy decks" you never read.
"It's not a website, it's a Compu-Global-Hyper-Mega-Net node." — H. Simpson, probably.

Four rules. That's the whole pitch deck.
Fixed price. No "hourly" mysteries.
Quote, scope, launch date — all written down. If it takes me longer, that is my problem, not yours. ("It just rolled into a different rate." No.)
Fast on purpose, not by accident.
No 3MB hero videos. No 14 marketing pixels. Real Core Web Vitals, every launch. The speedometer up there is not a flex — it is the floor.
You own everything.
Your code lives in your GitHub. Your domain stays in your name. If you fire me Tuesday, you walk out Wednesday with the keys. In writing.
AI where it earns its keep.
Chatbots that answer real questions. Voice agents that book real jobs. Not "AI-powered" sticker-slapping. If it does not move the needle, it does not ship.
Why this exists
I spent years watching small business owners get sold $300/month "platforms," Wix sites that nobody could find on Google, and "SEO packages" that were just someone in a Slack channel buying spammy backlinks at 2am.
It is not complicated. A small business needs a fast site, a clear pitch, a phone number above the fold, and Google Business Profile pointed at the right address. Do those four things well and you will out-rank 80% of your local competition this quarter. The other 20% you out-work.
That is the entire job. I do it for a fixed price. You get the keys. If it does not work, I refund it. I have never had to.
