Is any of this going to sound robotic to my customers?
Not if it's set up right. The chatbot is trained on your business, your services, and how you actually talk. Content gets edited by me before it publishes. Nobody should be able to tell.
Do I need to learn any of these tools?
No. That's the point of paying someone. I set it up, I maintain it, and you get a report. If you'd rather learn to run the stack yourself, that's what the AI course is for.
What does this cost?

Can you add this to a site you didn't build?
Yes. Most of my clients came to me with an existing site. WordPress is easiest, but tell me what you're on and I'll say honestly whether it'll work.
