Am I locked into a contract?
No. Every plan is month to month. Cancel whenever, and I'll hand over your site files and hosting access without making it weird.
What if my site is already broken or hacked?
Site recovery is what I do. Send it over and I'll quote the cleanup separately, then the care plan keeps it from happening again.
Do you host the site, or do I keep my host?
Either works. Hosting is bundled in, or I'll manage your existing host if you'd rather stay put. Same plan price.
What counts as a content edit?
Text changes, swapping photos, updating hours, adding a service or a page section. Anything that needs custom development gets quoted first, no surprises.
How fast do you respond?
Same business day on Growth and Premium. Within one business day on Essential. You email me directly, not a helpdesk.
Can I switch plans later?
Up or down, any month. Most people start on Essential and move to Growth once they see how much the edits and SEO checks get used.
