Do I need to know my budget before filling this out?
No. Pick the range that feels right or choose "help me figure it out." There is a solid option at every level, including a monthly plan with no big upfront cost.
What if my site is hacked or down right now?
Fill out the first step, choose "Yesterday" for the timeline, and hit send. I check intake submissions throughout the day and recovery jobs jump the queue.
Will you work with my existing site or do I need a new one?
Either. Plenty of sites need a cleanup, a speed fix, or a redesign on the existing platform rather than a rebuild. The form asks what you are on so I can tell you which one you need.
Do you only work with businesses near Rialto?
Most of my clients are in the Inland Empire, but everything I do is remote. If you are in California or anywhere in the US, we are fine.
What happens to the files I upload?
They go straight to me and are used only to scope your project. Logos and brand files stay private. If we do not end up working together, tell me and I delete them.
