The things people ask

Do these expire?
No, ever. California law prohibits expiration dates on gift cards, so there is no deadline to use one. There are also no service fees and no dormancy fees, which means the balance never shrinks while it sits.
Can the balance be split across services?
Yes. Put half toward a build and half toward a care plan if that is what makes sense. The balance is theirs to use however they want, in as many pieces as they want.
How is the balance tracked?
I apply the credit directly to the invoice and confirm the remaining balance by email after every use. One balance per card, so there is only ever one number to keep track of.
Can I send it directly to the recipient?
Yes. Add their email address at checkout and the card goes straight to them. If you would rather hand it over yourself, have it sent to you and forward the delivery email whenever you are ready.
What are bonus credits?
Extra service credit added to the recipient's balance when they redeem. The $250 card and all four Project Cards carry one, from $25 up to $850. Bonus credit is service credit only. It is not cash, it is not refundable, and it is applied at the time of redemption.
