The new shared tasks feature means you can hand a task to an employee or a client without giving them your account. Build a "weekly client update draft" task, share it with your assistant, and they receive the draft each Friday to review and send.
Every Friday at 3:00 PM, draft a client status update for [client name]. Pull from the notes I paste into this project during the week. Structure: what shipped, what is in progress, what I need from them, next check-in date. Professional but conversational, under 200 words.
